- Apartments are 65m2-110m2 in size, each has a separate entrance, 2 (two) or 3 (three) bedrooms, a kitchen, a living room and a bathroom with a shower cabin and its own terrace with its own barbecue. - All apartments are air-conditioned or heated with central heating, have full kitchen equipment and all household appliances. - Internet access via Wi-Fi hotspots is included in the price. - Villa Paolija offers its guests relaxation and enjoyment in a private swimming pool with a space for rest or play and refreshment in a covered summer kitchen. - There is also a barbecue fireplace or gas stove located in the garden. - The house has a yard, right next to it are sports fields and a large park - suitable for children, sports equipment and bicycles for recreation are available. - All guests have secure and illuminated parking in front of the house. - Apartment Elly is located in a residential building near Villa Paolija and all guests of Apartment Elly have access to all the amenities of Villa Paolija.
The lessor is not subject to VAT payment according to the provisions of Article 22 of the VAT Act. The amount of the pre-agreed number of nights is paid immediately upon arrival on the first day of using the accommodation, otherwise, the host will keep the guest's personal document (passport, ID card, etc.) until full payment is made.
